Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that applications are tailored effectively, supporting seamless business operations and enhancing overall efficiency. The workday is dynamic, involving problem-solving, application customization, and continuous refinement to adapt to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- Strong knowledge of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Experience in customizing and integrating SAP HCM modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with business process mapping and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
- This position is based at our DDC 1 - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
