Where You'll Make a Difference

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and interaction.
• Manage the end-to-end order management process for an assigned customer portfolio.
• Process customer orders accurately and monitor them through to successful delivery.
• Determine product availability and coordinate with Planning and Supply Chain teams.
• Verify pricing, commercial terms, and product details to ensure order accuracy.
• Agree and communicate delivery timelines with customers while managing expectations effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Shipping, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, product returns, invoice inquiries, and the creation of credit and debit notes.
• Monitor customer trends and proactively communicate significant developments and needs to management and commercial teams.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
• Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
• Experience working with SAP and knowledge of export processes.
