About the Role
The Noravant rubber flooring range is a PVC-free resilient flooring solution that combines exceptional performance, design flexibility, and sustainability.
As the National Business Development Manager – Noravant, you'll drive national growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence. Working closely with architects, contractors, end-users, and internal teams, you'll develop and execute sales and business development strategies, grow the sales pipeline, and achieve national sales and margin targets.
We are looking for someone to be based in one of our showrooms in Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC), or Brisbane (QLD). For the right candidate, we are also open to applications from Adelaide (SA) or Perth (WA).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive the national growth of the Nora business by identifying new market and business opportunities for Noravant.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and business development strategies to increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior end-users, architects, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Educate architects and customers on the technical benefits of the Noravant product range.
- Develop and support a Nora accredited installer network across Australia.
- Manage and grow the national sales pipeline to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to successfully launch and expand the Noravant product range in the Australian market.
- Contribute to the annual strategic business plan and provide market insights to support continued growth.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present updates to senior leadership.
- Support and influence state sales teams to achieve national business objectives.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong project and contract management experience.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Executive Support, Secretarial Studies, or a related discipline.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
