The services offered by the Agency I/R Specialist include, but are not limited to,
the following:
- Perform Arthrex’s standard preventative maintenance services on all Synergy
- imaging and OR integration equipment to keep the products in good operating condition
- Help coordinate, facilitate, and participate in local and corporate events
- Assist with Territory case management and logistics
- Represent Arthrex Orlando as a leader in our industry and the marketplace (Video, Power, and other key products) by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals (CEOs, CFOs, Hospital administrators, etc).
Provide Arthrex software upgrades as available;
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer and product issues related to Synergy equipment in accordance with Arthrex’s User Manuals, Equipment Set-Up Guides, and written specifications
- Document equipment service results in order to maintain accurate quality records
- Educate Customer staff on the safe and effective use of Arthrex Synergy products
- Coordinate the repair, replacement, and/or return of Arthrex products that require service directly through Arthrex
- Implementation and installation of Customer’s purchases of new products and/or additional purchases from Arthrex, including setting up equipment and software
- Other services may be authorized and approved by Arthrex Corporate offered to Customers.

- Ability to react and adjust quickly to change and come up with practical ideas for problem-solving
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in the Bio-Skills Lab with knowledge of anatomy, positioning equipment, instrumentation, implants, and surgical procedures.
- Flexibility with schedule as the position requires some nights and weekends
- Ability to work autonomously when needed
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
