I

To provide administration services for a team based in London, delivering a quality service to customers in line with agreed service standards.  The team are responsible for identifying events affecting stocks held within our portfolio, communicating to clients and soliciting responses where applicable, making elections on behalf of clients, receiving and allocating outturns across a range of instruments to underlying beneficiaries, and managing market claims. The team are also responsible for receiving and allocating distributions across a range of instruments to underlying beneficiaries, scrip dividends, processing general meeting voting instructions plus tax and regulatory reporting.
