What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Assist residents with medication administration according to physician orders and facility policies
- Accurately document medications and resident care
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns to the appropriate nurse or supervisor
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility
- Provide compassionate, respectful, and individualized resident care
- Maintain resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the care team
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in assisted living, senior care, caregiving, or medication assistance preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication procedures
- Dependable, responsible, and compassionate
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Must meet all applicable California requirements for the position
- Ability to successfully pass a background check, reference check, physical exam, and TB clearance.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and comfortably handle long periods of standing, walking, bending, and twisting.
