Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : 

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Ressources Humaines (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse Saint-Martin. Vous rejoindrez le département HRBP Single Aisle.

Vos missions seront: 

• Support aux RH de proximité dans la mise en œuvre des campagnes annuelles (People Tempo/cycle RH).

• Support aux RH de proximité dans le suivi des KPIs et reporting nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'équipe.

• Création de supports/visuels de communication.

• Support aux HRBPs dans leurs différentes activités (administration du personnel, gestion de carrière, formation, reporting RH, KPIs…).

• Support à la gestion des projets transverses (attractivité, diversité, absentéisme, parcours de carrière, QVT).

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en début d'année 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée). 

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. 

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes:

• Adaptabilité

• Communication RH

• Reporting RH 

• Rigueur

• Autonomie

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure : 

Vous êtes actuellement en Master 1 ou 2 Ressources Humaines ou un domaine equivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes : 

Compétences techniques:

• Maîtrise de la suite Google

• Connaissance des outils RH

• Connaissance en droit social

Soft skills:

• Rigueur

• Esprit d'equipe

• Serieux

Langues:

• Anglais  : intermédiaire

An internship offer titled "HR Internship (m/f)" has just opened within Airbus Commercial at its Toulouse Saint Martin site. You will be joining the HRBP Single Aisle department. 

Your internship will involve:

• Supporting local HR in implementing annual campaigns (People Tempo/HR cycle).

• Supporting local HR in tracking necessary KPIs and reporting for the team's smooth operation.

• Creating communication materials/visuals.

• Supporting HRBPs in their various activities (personnel administration, career management, training, HR reporting, KPIs, etc.).

• Supporting the management of cross-functional projects (attractiveness, diversity, absenteeism, career paths, Quality of Work Life).

This 6-month internship will ideally begin in early 2027 (this period is an indication and may be adjusted).

Your tutor will support you throughout your internship, helping you develop your skills and achieve your professional goals.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

Your boarding pass for this adventure:

You are currently in your first or second year of a Master's degree in Human Resources or a similar field.

Ideally, you have the following skills:

-Technical skills:

• Proficiency in the Google Suite

• Knowledge of HR tools

• Knowledge of labor law

-Languages:

• English: Intermediate
