Description
Monumental Markets is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our warehouse running smoothly-restocking, organizing, and moving products to ensure our team can fulfill orders efficiently and accurately. What You'll Do:
- Sort palletized products and restack for efficient order picking
- Restock pick lines using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method
- Transport goods throughout the facility via warehouse machinery
- Store overstock items in designated locations
- Assist picking zones by selecting and staging orders
- Clear cardboard and waste from the production area
- Work in extreme conditions, including freezer environments (-18°C / 0°F)
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace using the 5S and "Clean as You Go" principles
Your Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of warehouse or grocery experience
- 1+ year reach-in lift experience
- Forklift and heavy machinery certification (Forklift Required)
- Completion of forklift driving course (preferred)
- Ability to lift, carry, and handle up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to locate and move product accurately and efficiently
- Effective communication skills with both supervisors, team members, and vendors
- Basic math skills and the ability to understand shipping/packaging documents
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and a sense of urgency
