Responsibilities:

• Support the resource planning team in optimising resource allocation across engagements.

• Assist in planning training, upskilling courses, and leave schedules for resources.

• Prepare and maintain regular resource reports to ensure accurate tracking and effective planning.

• Manage various administrative tasks related to resource management.

• Assist with the migration of the current resource management system to a new platform. 

Requirements:

• Strongly motivated and resourceful with a willingness to learn and adapt. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with staff at various levels. 

• Ability to thrive in an environment with multiple stakeholders and varying demands. 

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data management skills.
