## Job Overview

Are you ready to become an integral part in building and scaling global billing operations of a fast-growing FinTech? ## Your Tasks

• Manage the end-to-end billing process, including the accurate and timely preparation and issuance of customer invoices.
• Process and validate Assets under Management (AuM) reporting data and maintain billing templates for AuM-based client accounts.
• Perform billing quality checks to ensure invoice accuracy, completeness, and compliance with commercial agreements.
• Act as the primary contact for invoice-related client inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain billing-related data in Salesforce and collaborate with Sales, Product, Legal, and Accounting teams on billing topics.
• Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and scale billing processes while taking ownership of issues through resolution.

## Your Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in billing, finance operations, accounting, or a comparable operational finance role.
• Strong attention to detail, high accuracy, and a structured, reliable approach to managing deadlines and recurring tasks.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial data, business systems, and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, ownership mentality, and ability to independently drive issues to resolution.
• Effective communication skills with experience collaborating across teams and interacting with clients.
• Experience with AuM-based, usage-based, or other variable billing models, ideally in an international or cross-border business environment, with an interest in process improvement and automation.
