The Opportunity in Mexico City!

At PepsiCo, you’ll have the opportunity to help bring new products and commercial initiatives to life. As a Commercial Planning Analyst, you’ll ensure the right product and commercial information is available across our business systems, helping teams move from an idea to successful execution.

You’ll work closely with Marketing, Research & Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Project Management, gaining exposure to different areas of the business while developing strong skills in data analysis, commercial planning and cross-functional project execution.

Your Impact

In this role, you will:

  • Support new product launches and commercial initiatives by ensuring accurate and complete information is available across PepsiCo’s business systems.
  • Review business requests and translate commercial needs into the data and system requirements needed for execution.
  • Create, update and maintain product and commercial information, including product codes, pricing attributes, packaging details and other key data.
  • Analyze and validate information to identify inconsistencies and ensure high data quality.
  • Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Research & Development and Project Management teams throughout the lifecycle of commercial initiatives.
  • Coordinate multiple requests and priorities while meeting business timelines.
  • Support innovation and portfolio initiatives across different markets, brands and customer channels.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality and make day-to-day operations more efficient.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the way commercial information is managed and delivered across the organization.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 0–2 years of professional experience.
  • Internship experience is welcome and valued.
  • Background or exposure to data analysis, business operations, supply chain, commercial planning or project coordination is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, identifying inconsistencies and following information through different processes.
  • Experience working with large datasets is a plus.
  • Exposure to ERP or other business systems is a plus.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and interest in learning how different areas of the business work together.
