Location: New Oxford, PA
What you will accomplish together with us:
- Coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials to execute daily production plans efficiently.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to production staff, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure production goals are achieved.
- Monitor production schedules, track performance metrics, and ensure timely fulfillment of production targets.
- Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement across the production team.

- High School Diploma/GED
- Apprenticeship in an appropriate technical environment
- Additional specialist qualification and leadership certificate
- Proven experience of working in a similar environment
- Effective leadership skills — finding the balance between drawing a line and mindfulness
