Key Responsibilities
- Advising guests on the selection of à la carte food and beverages
- Welcoming and looking after guests
- Daily mise en place and office work
- Cleaning and maintaining the restaurant
- Compliance with internal hotel standards
- Cashier duties (Micros system)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
- Resilience, tidiness and a very high awareness of quality.
- Structured and organised way of working.
- Keen interest in team-oriented work.
- Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest
- Very good English and Italian skills are a prerequisite; basic knowledge of another foreign language, such as German, is desirable
