Director - Strategic Initiatives

The Director of Strategic Initiatives role reports up through the franchise channel but delivers impact cross-functionally as the franchise channel represents the majority of the company's revenue. Key roles and responsibilities include:

1. Agency Development - providing guidance to our largest agency owners (APEX agencies) as they grow and scale

2. Franchise Sales - assisting the franchise development team with converting captive agencies in competitor models to Goosehead franchises, providing closing support on passive investors interested in the Goosehead model, and providing mentorship and guidance to franchise development leaders

3. Partnership Development - Assist the business development team in developing new relationships with potential partners.

4. Corporate Risk - assist the legal department with maintaining corporate risk policies
