Your mission
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and hands-on HR professional to join our growing team at ANAVIA and contribute to the future of unmanned aviation.
Key Tasks
- Independently manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, personnel files, absences, vacations, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees and managers.
- Prepare and manage HR documents, including employment contracts, contract amendments, certificates, confirmations, and HR letters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and internal databases.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, administrative questions, and internal processes.
- Ensure the confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance of employee data and HR documentation.
- Support the preparation and administration of payroll-related information and coordinate with external payroll providers, where applicable.
- Ensure HR processes are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and administrative workflows.
- Support general HR and administrative activities as required.
Your profile
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR administration or in any similar role.
- Solid understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Hands-on, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as the company grows.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
