Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day quality liaison support for FSP 360 customers in partnership with Corporate Quality.
  • Support customer engagements with strategic and tactical discussions on quality assurance strategies, trends and needs
  • Assist with Monitoring Quality Oversight activities, including tracking quality signals, documenting findings, and supporting follow-up actions. Potential onsite oversight visits required.
  • Support FSP360 Quality Governance activities, including preparation of materials, maintenance of trackers, facilitation of routine meetings, and follow-through on agreed actions.
  • Support audit and inspection readiness and customer facing response process and activities including collection of documentation, coordination of stakeholders, and tracking of actions or responses.
  • Work with FSP 360 teams to escalate quality issues appropriately and support resolution planning and follow-up.
  • Partner with operational teams to reinforce compliance with applicable procedures, standards, and quality expectations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and support implementation of new or revised quality procedures and tools.
  • Perform other quality-related or enablement-related activities as assigned.
