What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate material lists, shop drawings, and quote packages for incoming precast concrete pipe projects.
• Create AutoCAD drawings for specialized designs and dimensions.
• Coordinate third-party pricing and manage service sheets for project tracking.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure ERP system updates.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure accuracy and support regional goals.

What Are We Looking For

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret construction plans.
• Civil work experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with clear communication skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and municipal specifications is an asset.

Work Environment

This role is primarily office-based with regular interaction with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams. Occasional site visits or external coordination may be required.
