  • Coordinate MAC execution with Business Units, Facilities Operations, IT, furniture vendors, and external service providers.
  • Develop move plans, sequencing, and communications; provide on‑site support as required.
  • Ensure post‑move issues are tracked and resolved to completion.
  • Manage CAFM platform and processes

Data, Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and timely space, seat, and employee data in CAFM systems.
  • Ensure floor plans, occupancy metrics, and move records are reliable and current.
  • Produce reporting on utilization, capacity, and demand vs. supply for leadership review.

Furniture, Assets & Space Readiness

  • Manage furniture plans, orders, installations, repairs, and surplus inventory.
  • Coordinate space readiness activities including hard‑wall offices, paint, cleaning, and general condition.
  • Partner with Facilities Operations to resolve day‑to‑day space issues impacting employees.

Cross‑Functional Coordination & Governance

  • Act as a liaison between Business Units, Facilities/WPR, IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Support Procurement with vendor coordination, pricing reviews, requisitions, and invoice processing.
  • Provide planning inputs to construction and renovation projects led by Facilities/WPR.
  • Document decisions, approvals, and planning assumptions to create institutional continuity.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
  • 5-7+ years’ experience in occupancy planning, space planning, MAC, or corporate facilities/CRE.
  • Experience supporting multi‑building or campus environments preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of: CAFM / IWMS platforms, AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage BU leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
