Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, your day involves offering expert guidance on business and system integration to support clients in deploying efficient solutions. You will engage deeply with clients to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical business and technological strategies. Your role includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align technology with business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that the solutions implemented accurately reflect the client s requirements and contribute to their overall success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration efforts by coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve integration processes to optimize performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and data flow between disparate systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with API management and web services to enable smooth communication between applications.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
