Description
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Develop a working knowledge of production schedules and follow schedule instructions.
- Form and assemble cases to meet production requirements and specifications.
- Monitor auto-filled bags or trays for required fill weight, back seal, end seal, label placement, date code, and label accuracy.
- Report deviations from product requirements to operators or supervisors and ensure cases enter the case sealer correctly.
- Visually inspect products and ingredients for blemishes, flaws, extraneous material, or discoloration.
- Stop production and report serious deviations from requirements or equipment malfunctions.
- Maintain housekeeping standards within the work area.
- Assist operators with start-up, production, changeover, and shutdown activities.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.

Physical Requirements
- Being on your feet, walking around the facility, climbing stairs/ladders or kneeling for extended periods of time.
- Performing consistent repetitive tasks.
- Frequently lifting, pushing or carrying materials.
