About the Role
Our Addison clinic is opening soon, and we’re hiring a Clinic Director (RN) to lead operations, clinical oversight, team development, and client experience. This role blends leadership, business ownership, and hands‑on clinical excellence. You’ll set the tone, build the team, and ensure every client receives exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Ownership
Own clinic performance: revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and team execution
Set culture, professionalism, and brand standards
Review KPIs and turn insights into action plans
Business Growth
Drive sales through memberships, packages, retail, and wellness services
Coach the team on sales, retention, and client education
Identify growth opportunities and partner with corporate on promotions
Engage the local community through networking and outreach
Client Experience
Deliver a personalized, consistent, high‑quality client experience
Resolve concerns promptly and follow up when needed
Maintain a hospitality‑driven environment that earns loyalty and referrals
Clinical Excellence
Oversee safe, compliant administration of IV therapies and injections
Maintain documentation accuracy and clinical quality
Provide clinical guidance and uphold safety and professionalism
Team Development
Hire, train, and develop clinical and front‑of‑house staff
Lead performance management, coaching, and accountability
Recognize high performers and develop future leaders
Daily Operations
Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and supply ordering
Ensure efficient workflows and consistent service delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, compliant clinic environment
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
Current BLS certification (required)
ACLS certification (preferred)
Experience
2–5 years of vascular access or infusion experience
2+ years of leadership or management experience
Experience with sales, retention programs, or membership‑based businesses (preferred)
Technical Skills
Google Workspace
EMR systems
Anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical practices
Sales reporting, KPI tracking, and performance management tools

Role Details
8–12 hour shifts
2–4 weekend shifts per month
Comfortable, climate‑controlled clinic environment
Extended shifts scheduled in advance
Required 10‑day onboarding training
