Description
1) GENERAL DESCRIPTION
To receive greetings and attend to the patients at clinic counter. Assisting the consultant in the clinic as needed. Doing schedules for consulting sessions and patient flow are well organized and efficient to meet hospital performance goals and service standards.
2) JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities
Plan and conduct daily teaching and learning activities according to the curriculum and developmental goals by PERMATA.
Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and assess children’s progress and development.
Prepare lesson plans (RPA), learning materials, and activities.
Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children under care.
Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques.
Maintain children’s records, observations, and developmental assessments.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress, achievements, and concerns.
Organize and participate in special events, celebrations, and educational programs.
Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support centre operations.
Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic childcare environment.
Assist children with daily routines, including meals, toileting, dressing, and nap times.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by immediate superior or hospital management.
3) JOB REQUIREMENT
SPM or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Relevant teaching experience in a childcare or preschool setting is preferred.
Good Communication skills and Interpersonal skills.
Able to work as a team.
Good skills in people.
Communicate confidently and professionally with patients, peers, and superiors.
Build effective working relationships through clear, respectful communication at all levels.
Caring, honest and responsible work ethic.
Willingness to work scheduled hours, overtime, weekends and respond during emergencies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
