Description
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Dispatch and coordinate drivers, equipment, and loads to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Maintain accurate scheduling, routing, and fleet activity records.
- Manage driver communications and provide timely operational updates through satellite messages or calls.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues involving drivers, customers, payroll, scheduling, and maintenance.
- Complete required reporting, documentation, and planning activities.
- Support training, special projects, weekend planning, and other related duties as assigned.
