Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third party logistics provider (3PL) that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. LINC's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings.
Our operation is based in Greer, SC and supports BMW. We manage and operate a warehouse facility that handles pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead all quality processes for BMW warehousing and sequencing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BMW on daily quality needs
- Ensure accuracy in sequencing, labeling, packaging, and delivery
- Develop, update, and audit standard work and quality procedures
- Conduct layered process audits and dock audits
- Monitor trends and drive root‑cause problem solving
- Manage containment, corrective actions, and preventive actions
- Partner with warehouse leadership, sequencing teams, and suppliers
- Track KPIs and present routine quality reports
- Train employees on inspection standards and customer requirements
- Support new‑hire training on quality expectations
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Experience in automotive logistics, manufacturing, or quality
- Knowledge of sequencing, warehousing, or just‑in‑time (JIT) operations
- Ability to interpret customer specifications and technical documents
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with BMW or other OEM/Tier‑1 customers
- Working knowledge of ISO/IATF quality‑system requirements
- Strong Excel and data‑analysis skills
- Leadership experience in fast‑paced logistics or sequencing environments
