Job Description & Summary: As a Senior Associate, you will support project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting activities through research, data analysis, and development of analytical outputs. You will contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, dashboards, and knowledge products, while supporting stakeholder coordination and information management across project workstreams. The role will also assist in documenting key project outcomes, facilitating knowledge sharing, supporting capacity-building initiatives, and promoting data-driven decision-making to enhance project effectiveness and organizational learning
Responsibilities:
Support infrastructure planning, monitoring, and strategic program implementation.
Support with data analysis, infra assessments, reporting, and decision-support activities.
Support development of dashboards, MIS, knowledge products, and management reports.
Coordinate with stakeholders, implementation partners for supporting effective project execution.
Document best practices, lessons learned, and key project outcomes for institutional knowledge and continuous improvement.
Assist in preparation of presentations, training materials, analytical reports, and communication content.
Mandatory skill sets:
Support development of dashboards, MIS, knowledge products, and management reports.
Coordinate with stakeholders, implementation partners for supporting effective project execution.
