Role Overview
As an HR Administration Specialist based within the Global Business Services Hub, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence by delivering high-quality administrative and pre-/post-payroll support for the Italian market. In this position, you will own end-to-end workforce lifecycle processes, ensuring strict data integrity and maintaining alignment with key performance indicators and service level agreements. Working collaboratively alongside local HR partners and payroll experts, you will safeguard compliance with regional labor regulations and collective bargaining standards while directly enhancing the overall employee service experience.
Key Responsibilities
In your daily operations, you will manage comprehensive employment documentation, process lifecycle updates, handle compliant terminations, and systematically maintain personnel records to meet rigorous audit standards. You will serve as a responsive focal point for employee and manager inquiries, maintain accurate records across advanced enterprise platforms like SAP HR and ADP, and execute precise data checks to support seamless payroll preparation. Furthermore, your day-to-day contributions will include assisting senior specialists with labor-cost simulations, supporting tender evaluations, driving workflow digitalization, and maintaining detailed documentation trails to ensure complete alignment with internal control guidelines.
Requirements
You are a detail-oriented HR professional with a relevant academic background or equivalent experience, backed by two to three years of hands-on expertise in human resources administration or shared service operations. You have strong foundational knowledge of Italian employment frameworks, collective bargaining agreements, and pre- and post-payroll routines, paired with direct experience using core HR systems and spreadsheet tools for data analysis. Beyond your technical fluency in Italian and English, you bring strong organizational agility, exceptional analytical focus, and a customer-centric mindset that allows you to manage multiple priorities effectively within a collaborative team environment.
