Description
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for a role that blends technical awareness, strategic thinking, and mission impact across the national‑security landscape? In this position, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the customer’s environment and the science‑and‑engineering work that drives emerging capabilities. Your ability to translate mission needs into clear, actionable transition pathways will be central to moving innovations from research and experimentation into engineered, integrated, and operationally relevant solutions.
As the Science and Technology Transition Lead, you will guide complex efforts across technical domains, helping CTO shape the future of mission‑focused capabilities. Stakeholders will rely on you not only to coordinate transition activities but also to anticipate barriers, strengthen collaboration, and ensure emerging technologies are prepared for operational use. You’ll share your expertise through cross‑organizational engagement and process development, while expanding your skillset across areas such as systems engineering, data and AI, enterprise integration, and readiness assessment. Grow professionally by connecting research insights with operational requirements to produce clear transition plans, informed recommendations, and mission‑ready outcomes. Join our team to help chart the path from concept to capability across the CTO’s expanding Mission Technology Lifecycle.
Join us. The world can’t wait.

Nice If You Have:
Experience with program-management tools, integrated master schedules, risk and issue management, resource planning, and executive dashboards
