Develop assessments, briefings, market scans, engagement summaries, and decision-support products that communicate commercial opportunities, risks, gaps, and recommendations. Maintain awareness of emerging technology trends, commercial market developments, investment activity, and industry dynamics that may affect national defense priorities. Coordinate across government, technical, operational, acquisition, and private-sector stakeholders to advance promising capabilities from initial discovery through evaluation, demonstration, integration, or transition. Required Qualifications: 20+ years of experience identifying, evaluating, or integrating commercial technologies against defined customer or mission requirements. Experience engaging technology companies, startups, non-traditional vendors, investors, research organizations, or other commercial ecosystem partners. Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic, and mission-focused environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting the DoW, Intelligence Community, federal government, defense innovation organizations, or other national security customers. Experience within the defense technology, venture capital, private equity, startup, accelerator, or commercial innovation ecosystem.
