Lead, Product Owner – RGM & Sales Digital Transformation at a Glance….
As the Product Owner, RGM & Sales Digital Transformation, you will create the product roadmap in support of the broader product strategy. You will define the strategic vision for our Assortment capabilities delivering on both short-term business needs as well as long-term vision to further expand Category Intelligence capabilities, including but not limited to geo space optimization, planogram-level granularity, and AI solutions. You have a deep understanding of the target market / industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the team’s effort is aligned with overall strategy. A Product Owner manages dependencies with other team’s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams and other internal and external capabilities, products, and data sources. They are accountable overall for effective and accurate requirements gathering. They also work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments and requirements, as necessary. The Product Owner will be accountable for specific business KPIs / outcomes based on the area of the product they are focused on at Kraft-Heinz.

What’s on the menu?

  • Set ambitious and clear product strategy and vision and communicate it effectively to stakeholders across Sales, Category Leadership, Marketing, and Finance teams
  • End to end team output strategy from inception to production
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and product requirements
  • Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking of key performance metrics to stakeholders against product strategy and vision
  • Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for their team.  Maintain a backlog of 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team
  • Works closely with CPO to establish each product’s business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach as needed
  • Facilitate release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos
  • Is a key role on Agile team(s) and works onsite with the team on a daily basis, leveraging Jira, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodology)
  • Integrate usability studies and research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design
  • Align outward facing product requirements and stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in technical field; Masters preferred
  • 6+ years of experience working in Sales, Marketing, RGM or PO/management roles
  • Domain knowledge in Sales and/or Category Leadership (assortment, category & customer strategy); experience making strategic customer and category decisions for brands/retailers preferred
  • Experience working with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional partners from tech, design, and business
  • Proven knowledge of standard product management practices, technology and supporting industry principles
  • Experience with digital products and AI, including product strategy, vision, and gathering of requirements
  • Proven knowledge of building and/or leveraging AI tools and agents across complex data systems
  • Relevant technical skills (e.g., SQL) to support product management activities, data collection, etc., as needed

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$141,500.00 - $176,900.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
