Description
Support Payroll & Time operations across multiple European countries, including smaller legal entities and outsourced payroll environments Coordinate payroll administration with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely payroll data processing Manage employee and payroll-related information with accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance, while supporting reporting and issue resolution activities Contribute to payroll transformation initiatives, including country transitions, onboarding activities, stabilization efforts, and the future takeover of defined country responsibilities Develop and maintain transparency around country-specific payroll processes, controls, stakeholder responsibilities, risks, runbooks, and supporting documentation Support the implementation of governance standards, controls, escalation processes, and the tracking of risks, actions, and open topics Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, external providers, and project teams to improve, harmonize, and standardize Payroll & Time processes and support scalable service delivery models You have a background in Human Resources payroll and are used to supporting an industrial structure in different HR matters and needs. You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach and attention to detail. A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Initial professional experience (typically 2 to 5 years) in Payroll, Time Management, HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related area Good understanding of payroll and/or time management processes - experience in international shared services, or outsourced environments is an advantage Interest in payroll transformation, process improvement, governance, documentation, and operational excellence Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and build effective relationships with stakeholders across functions and countries Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills - additional European language skills are considered a plus We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
