Status Hours: Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly

Shift: 1st shift

Hours: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

Fulton County Health Center is seeking a Receptionist to join our team at FCHC Urology, FCHC General Surgery, and FCHC OB/GYN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments and tests.
• Complete referrals and enter patient information.
• Collect copays and obtain necessary forms and signatures for treatment, release of information, and insurance precertifications.
• Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and direct callers appropriately.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Previous physician office experience and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and computer skills.
