EnergyLink is growing, and we're looking for talented Expeditors (Levels I, II & Senior) to help keep some of the nation's most critical Transmission, Substation, and Distribution (T&D) infrastructure projects moving forward.
Whether you're beginning your career or you're an experienced supply chain professional, you'll play a key role in ensuring critical materials are delivered safely, on time, and ready to support projects that power communities across North America.
As part of our Purchasing organization, you'll collaborate with Buyers, Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, Suppliers, and Quality teams to manage material execution from purchase order through final delivery while driving schedule visibility, supplier performance, and project success.
What You'll Do
No matter your experience level, you'll help ensure our projects stay on schedule by:
- Own the post-award material execution process from purchase order through delivery.
- Partner with suppliers to monitor manufacturing, engineering, testing, inspections, shipping, and delivery milestones.
- Build strong supplier relationships while proactively identifying and resolving schedule risks.
- Track critical materials and maintain accurate status updates in ERP and project management systems.
- Coordinate with Buyers, Engineering, Construction, Logistics, and Project Management to keep projects moving.
- Lead supplier meetings, recovery plans, and escalation activities as experience increases.
- Analyze supplier performance and recommend improvements to drive operational excellence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, dashboards, reporting, and process enhancements.
- Mentor junior team members and lead expediting strategies at the Senior level.
What You'll Bring

Expeditor I
- 0–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, purchasing, or material coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn ERP systems.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
Expeditor II
- 3–5 years of procurement, expediting, logistics, or supplier management experience.
- Ability to independently manage supplier schedules and delivery risks.
- Experience with ERP systems, Bills of Materials (BOMs), engineering drawings, and project schedules.
- EPC, utility, or construction experience preferred.
Senior Expeditor
- 5+ years of progressive expediting or procurement experience.
- Expertise in supplier management, recovery planning, manufacturing schedules, and critical equipment delivery.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting Transmission & Distribution, Substation, Utility, or EPC projects strongly preferred.
