As a Reconciliations & Accounting Analysis Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial records, analyzing data, and assisting in compliance with accounting standards. Your work will be crucial in providing accurate financial information and insights to support decision-making within our Finance practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will leverage your skills to provide financial advice and strategic guidance, helping clients optimize their financial performance and make informed business decisions. You will handle financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Your ability to interpret data will inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy. Responsibilities

- Conducting detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance
- Managing financial records and confirming compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analyzing complex data sets to provide accurate financial insights and recommendations
- Developing and presenting financial reports to stakeholders, facilitating informed business decisions
- Implementing account reconciliation processes to maintain integrity of financial data
- Utilizing accounting advisory skills to guide clients in financial reporting and policy adherence
- Collaborating with teams to enhance financial reporting and general ledger maintenance
- Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client relationships and inspire team members
- Embracing change and fostering intellectual curiosity to drive continuous improvement in financial practices
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Background in balance sheet or account reconciliations

- General accounting knowledge

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Accounting & Technology, Management Information Systems

- PowerBI, Power automate &/or Power Automate are a plus

- USGAAP knowledge is a plus
- At least one of the following: Certified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Demonstrating proficiency in accounting advisory and financial reporting standards
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex financial data
- Excelling in stakeholder management and building meaningful client connections
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
- Presenting financial reports with clarity and precision
- Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
- Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
