Hiring Unit:
Department of Music Performance - Ensemble Resource Office
Main Duties:
Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed tasks with minimal complexity and precise instruction. Typical functions:
Positive attitude while greeting and answering general inquiries. This includes assisting student musicians during the audition.
Provides general assistance at the audition. This includes setting up the audition room, administrating the number draw for the musicians, accompanying the musicians into the audition room and being present for their audition in case the musician requires assistance, and collecting paperwork from the panelists and returning to the Ensemble Resource Office.

Required Skills:
The candidate must be a current music student.
The candidate must not be a participant in the audition for which they are proctoring.
Demonstrated knowledge of music and the Schulich School of Music.
Good communication in person and via email.
