This is a fixed-term opportunity within the Central Field Based Security Team, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of guests, team members, and company assets across our resorts in Bognor Regis, Minehead, and Skegness.

Working alongside Resort Safety teams, you will provide a highly visible and professional security presence while supporting a wide range of operational activities. From welcoming guests and managing access control points to conducting resort patrols, supporting licensed venues, and responding to incidents, you will help create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone on resort.

This is a varied and dynamic role where no two shifts are the same. You will be expected to balance excellent customer service with sound security practices, working confidently in a range of situations while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. By building positive relationships with guests and colleagues and applying your security expertise, you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences while ensuring compliance with company policies, SIA standards, and relevant legislation.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach who remains calm and professional under pressure. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive and approachable attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. 

You'll be confident working both independently and as part of a team, able to make sound decisions, manage challenging situations effectively, and bring previous experience from a security, safety, or customer-facing environment. 

Flexibility and a willingness to travel between locations are essential.

This is a fixed-term position requiring a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week. Team members must work at least one 12-hour shift each week. Additional hours may be offered, and you will be expected to maintain flexibility and increase your availability where operational requirements necessitate.

As this is a field-based role, working hours may vary and can include day, evening, night, weekend, and Bank Holiday shifts, depending on business needs. The company reserves the right to adjust working patterns and shift schedules to support operational requirements.
