ETL Developer (Contractual) - Hybrid

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a multinational tech company in their search for a ETL Developer based in Quezon City.

 

Salary Range: up to ₱80,000

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 Days WFH and 2 Days Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Old Balara, Quezon City

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Document the Business Data needs. Work with Business stakeholders in identifying business requirements for analytics projects, products, and programs of work that maximize business impact / benefits within a realistic setting
  
• Create detailed technical documentation for data integration (ETL) programs and other deliverables.
• ETL Development, Data Profiling and Data Analysis.
  
• Identify and map the data that are required from source to be loaded into target tables
  
• Define and document transformation requirements from Staging to the Final Reporting Table(s)
  
• Data warehousing - including data mapping and transformations, data dependencies, data source analysis and profiling.
  
• Write complex SQL queries to analyze data and provide results to business users or project team members.
  
• Visualize process changes in collaboration with business stakeholders and the IT user adoption team, to establish mutual understanding and accountability
  
• Understanding of the dependencies between components of data infrastructure
  
• Define standards and implement best practices for implementation of target data state
  

 

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Must have experience in SAP BODS
• Must be familiar with different database technologies (SQL Server)
• Must have experience focusing on Data warehousing, Data migration and ETL processes.
• Must be experienced in data mapping, SQL scripting, data analysis, data investigation, data fixes and testing.
• Must have proven experience in ETL development, data integration, and data migration projects.
• Must be proficient in SQL scripting, query optimization, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Must be experienced in data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and data reconciliation.
• Must be able to analyze source-to-target mappings and develop ETL workflows and jobs.
• Must be skilled in troubleshooting ETL issues, data validation, and root cause analysis.
• Must be experienced in unit testing, integration testing, and production deployment support.
