Position Title: Product Integrity Manager
Reports To: Sr. Director of Responsible Supply Chain and Product Integrity
Direct Reports: Product Integrity Associate
Overview:
The Product Integrity Manager will lead global execution of the company's chemical management and product integrity program, ensuring product safety and compliance standards meet and exceed licensor expectations.
Key Accountabilities:
- Stay current on industry, licensor, and global regulatory requirements affecting products shipped into each region
- Build out compliance standards and training expectations, and monitor new factories for adherence
- Support global teams in maintaining safe, compliant manufacturing practices
- Review audit and test results to confirm compliance with chemical and safety requirements
- Oversee failure remediation, lead root cause investigations, and implement preventative measures
- Coordinate with overseas testing partners to resolve issues and meet seasonal testing and documentation deadlines
- Run seasonal product risk assessments across all brands, collaborating with Sourcing and Design teams
- Flag and escalate process or systems issues that slow program progress
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sourcing, Design, overseas Merchandising, Quality Assurance, licensors, and third-party service providers
- Help recruit, train, and develop team talent
- Take on special projects as needed
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or an apparel-related science
- 3-5+ years of experience in designing, developing, or manufacturing children's apparel (manufacturing environment experience a plus)
- Solid working knowledge of international safety regulations for children's apparel and accessories
- Self-starter who can multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills with close attention to detail
- Comfortable working with remote, multicultural teams
- Able to travel up to 30%
- Proficient with Excel and database systems
- Basic understanding of foundational chemistry
- Experience with AS400 and/or PLM systems a plus
This is an in-office role, reflecting the importance of hands-on familiarity with product quality and craftsmanship across the brand portfolio.
