Manager, Talent Management

Position Summary

ASRC Industrial (AIS) is looking for an energetic, relationship-focused Manager, Talent Management. This position is responsible for leading and advancing enterprise talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership pipelines, workforce readiness, and employee performance. This role serves as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders by designing, implementing, and continuously improving programs and processes related to Succession Planning, Senior Leader Talent Reviews, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Internship Programs, and Talent Analytics.

The Manager will leverage data, talent insights, and business priorities to identify talent risks and opportunities, develop workforce strategies, and build internal talent pipelines that support the organization's short- and long-term goals.

 

How You Will Help the Business:

Talent Strategy & Organizational Capability

  • Develop and execute integrated talent management strategies aligned with AIS And Operating Company (OpCo) business objectives, the HR strategy, and workforce needs.
  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and OpCo leaders to strengthen organizational and leadership capability.
  • Identify talent risks and opportunities and develop strategies to improve workforce readiness and organizational effectiveness.

Succession Planning & Senior Leader Talent Reviews

  • Lead succession planning processes for leadership and business-critical roles.
  • Build Individual Development Plans (IDPs) that support leader development.
  • Manage talent review planning, data collection, and outcomes to ensure leaders are developed to the plan and ready for next level roles at designated times.
  • Identify critical roles and succession risks; develop strategies to strengthen leadership bench strength.
  • Maintain succession plans and track readiness for key positions across the organization.

Workforce Planning

  • Develop enterprise workforce planning activities and annual planning cycles.
  • Analyze workforce demand, talent supply, headcount needs, turnover trends, and critical skill requirements.
  • Partner with Sr. Director and OpCo leaders to develop workforce strategies that address future business needs.
  • Draft recommendations to address talent gaps, capability needs, and organizational growth plans.

Performance Management

  • Evaluate performance management processes, tools, and practices.
  • Drive alignment between business goals, employee performance, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Support performance calibration and talent decision-making processes.
  • Recommend process improvements that increase effectiveness, accountability, and employee engagement over time.

Internship Program Leadership

  • Facilitate the design and manage implementation for the enterprise internship program.
  • Establish governance, program standards, and metrics.
  • Partner with recruiting and business leaders to create a high-quality intern experience and improve talent pipeline outcomes.
  • Monitor intern engagement, development, and opportunities for program enhancement.

Talent Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain talent management dashboards, scorecards, and reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Sr. Director Talent.
  • Monitor key talent trends and measure the effectiveness of talent programs and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance of talent-related data and reporting.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
  • Proven project management and change management experience.
  • Experience leading succession planning, talent reviews, performance management, or workforce planning initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging talent data and workforce insights to drive business decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to drive alignment across multiple functions and levels of the organization.
  • Experience designing enterprise talent management programs and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of talent management systems, HR technology platforms, and workforce analytics tools.
