Project Role : DevOps Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. Build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.

Summary:
As a DevOps Engineer, a typical day involves designing and implementing new development tools and infrastructure to support software development processes. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines, while ensuring the security and reliability of systems. The position requires collaboration with various teams to streamline workflows and enhance automation, contributing to the overall efficiency and robustness of the development environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize reliability and scalability.
- Assist in documenting processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation tools.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with container orchestration technologies and security best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
