Fill-in Route Representative

Description

Building the company brand of Anterior & Complex Case Specialist is always the primary consideration. The Route Representative is a detail-oriented individual, with good customer service skills. The Route Representative will work closely with the Customer Service Department, and other members of the shipping team in a dynamic, fast-paced evolving work environment. 

Requirements

Essential Job Functions: 

¨ Responsible for the pick-up and delivery of cases from our customers in a timely and safe manner

¨ Responsible for working closely with Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction is being maintained 

¨ Provide a competent and personable representation of BonaDent Dental Laboratories while on the road 

¨ Must remain flexible and restructure schedule as needed 

¨ Must drive vehicles to and from destination, adhering to all traffic laws 

¨ Carry out case pick-up and delivery from Doctors’ offices 

¨ Carry out daily bank and post office run (when needed)

¨ Act as a customer service representative when picking up or dropping off cases 

¨ Must carry yourself in a professional manner

¨ Assist in opening new work and packaging cases in Shipping & Receiving as necessary 

¨ Maintain a clean and fueled vehicle 

¨ Assist with special deliveries, trips and other driving services as needed 

¨ Inform Al Loucks of any vehicle problems 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

¨ Must have a valid New York State   Driver’s License and a good motor vehicle record 

¨ Must be familiar with surrounding   areas and able to read a map or directions and utilize GPS

¨ Must have a positive and upbeat   attitude

¨ General Reliability and Dependability 

¨ Must maintain professional decorum at   all times 

¨ Must have the ability to lift 10   pounds regularly without assistance
