Volunteer Service User Representative

Overview

Change Grow Live believe that those who access our services should be at the heart of everything that we do and those who have lived experience have a unique and valuable insight into how our services can work best.

 

We are looking for people who can will help us to engage with those who access our services, making sure their voices are heard and that they have a say in how we run our services

 

Please note: the base for this role is negotiable- our service user reps are based in their local CGL office. 

Responsibilities

• An important part of the role is listening to people and sharing what you have heard with the service, representing their views, and using their feedback to help inform how we develop and improve our services.
• You will help to ensure people hear about any decisions or changes that are made because of their feedback. You will be working with Change Grow Live staff and connecting with the wider community.
• This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about ensuring that the voice of the service user is heard. You will be provided with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
