We are currently seeking a motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Worker (Order Picker) to join our Distribution team in Winnipeg, MB.
Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, staging, loading, and shipping customer orders while supporting a fast-paced warehouse operation. The successful candidate will thrive in a team-oriented environment, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and consistently meet quality and productivity expectations.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (40 hours/week)
Starting Salary: $26.32/hour
What You'll Do
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Accurately pick, verify, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Use RF scanning technology to complete warehouse transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Load and unload flatbed and dry van trailers.
- Follow established warehouse processes and work procedures.
- Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards on a daily basis.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report unsafe conditions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution centre, or order-picking experience.
- Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment.
- Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems, or similar technology.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification.
- Experience loading and unloading trailers.
- Knowledge of FIFO inventory practices.
- Experience within a manufacturing, industrial, building products, or distribution environment.

Working Conditions
This position involves regular physical activity, including lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, walking, and operating material handling equipment throughout the shift. Team members may be required to work in varying environmental conditions, including outdoor yard areas and seasonal weather conditions.
