About the job:
We are currently looking for RTR Team Leader to lead the Team of RTR Specialists. In this role you will be providing leadership to the team while ensuring that consistent practice controls are in place and meet Electrolux quality and compliance standards. You will be making sure that performance targets are met. We are looking for a person who has passion for innovation, is customer-focused, communicative and team-orientated.
You will report to the RTR Process Delivery Manager.
What you'll do:
Perform financial activities for multiple entities/countries
Participate in GSSC continuous improvement initiatives
Deliver high levels of customer service
Ensure your own work adheres to Electrolux policies and procedures
Work with your own team and/or with other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities
In detail, you will:
Drive process improvement initiatives
Be a first point of contact for country process managers
Spot and resolve recurring performance problems and improvement opportunities
Support, if required, other process areas e.g. during peak periods of work
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the AP/AR/GL process area and GSSC as a whole
Actively undertake activities to increase own competency portfolio
Work as a member of the team, participating fully in team activities, taking responsibility for team goals and coaching and supporting other members of the team to increase their competencies and skills
Qualifications & Requirements:
University degree in finance, accounting or any related will be an asset
Excellent English (writing and speaking)
MS Office (advanced MS Excel) and SAP knowledge
Transition experience or SAP implementation experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting and finance (competent and experienced in GL activities)
2 years' experience in a middle management role, including staff management, experienced with Shared Service Center environment, people& change management
Experience in working in a multicultural, international environment, good knowledge of accounting principles, activities and processes
Analytical thinking, patience, great attention to the detail
Organisation and training skills
Experience of working within a multicultural, international environment
