Senior Manager, People Technology Reporting (Workday)

What you'll do: 

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday reporting solutions across multiple HR data domains, including Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Recruiting, delivering scalable and business-focused analytics.
• Partner with business and HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze complex business needs, and develop automated reports, dashboards, and data solutions that support strategic decision-making.
• Optimize and enhance Workday reporting capabilities by leveraging delivered reporting functionality, improving custom report performance, promoting self-service reporting, and reducing ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure data quality, security, and governance by configuring and validating report security, performing user acceptance testing, monitoring report performance, and maintaining reporting documentation and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation by integrating data from multiple sources, streamlining reporting processes, supporting enterprise analytics initiatives, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

What you bring: 

• 5 - 7 years of experience in HR reporting across multiple HR disciplines, with a post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced expertise in Workday Reporting, including the development of Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports, with a strong understanding of delivered reporting functionality and dashboard creation.
• Strong knowledge of the Workday Security model, with experience optimizing report performance, ensuring data security, and improving end-user accessibility.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
• Excellent project management, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver successful business outcomes.
