## Tasks
- Actively develop existing businesses and strategies for reaching new prospects and expanding the customer base;
- Contact clients via telephone and mail;
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system;
- Manage social media channels;
- Capability to understand and memorize company’s offerings, technology and products;
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries;
- Educate prospects/customers about terminology, features, and benefits of products and services in order to drive engagement;
- Administrative work (for example managing post).
## Requirements
- Fluent in German and English (full working proficiency);
- Customer service experience in B2B or B2C lead-generating environments;
- Background or experience in Sales/Customer Service;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to embrace the team culture approach;
- Works well in a matrix organization.
