GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Entry level associate with specialized skill set of moving inventory within the warehouse based only on system generated work.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock Whisperer on wheels: Use power industrial truck (PIT) equipment to down stack inventory pallets and load product into assembly bins (containers/shelving). Move inventory inside warehouse from storage/staging to the work line by using scanners/computers for system moves.
- Quality Crusader (VAS/Value Added Service): Jump into improvement projects and help us level up how we do things. This includes performing customer-specific services at special handling stations.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
- 1-2 years working knowledge and expertise in Forklift operation, order processing, receiving, replenishing, and returns.
- 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or GED
- Solid understanding and knowledge of inventory practices
- Familiar with WMS applications
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Prolonged periods of standing/walking/sitting.
- Occasionally lift, carry and/or move up to 50lbs.
- Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.
- Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
- Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts.
- Occasional loud noise.
- Occasional varying environmental temperature changes.
COMPENSATION AND EXPECTED SCHEDULE
Compensation: $21 per hour, plus eligibility for a shift differential of up to an additional $4 per hour.
Expected schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 11:30 pm - 8 am. Schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
