What you can expect

You'll own the go-to-market strategy for Zoom's Workforce Management, Quality Management, and AI Expert Assist solutions. You'll craft the messaging and enablement tools that empower contact center leaders to build smarter, more efficient teams. From there, you'll drive adoption and pipeline growth across customer segments — and play a defining role in shaping what AI-powered contact center operations look like next.

About the Team

We bring Zoom's contact center workforce optimization solutions to market. Our team collaborates across product, sales, and marketing to deliver clear, customer-focused narratives. We help organizations transform how they manage, coach, and empower their agents.

Responsibilities

• Developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning for workforce optimization solutions that drive awareness and adoption across target segments
• Creating sales enablement assets including personas, pitch decks, competitive insights, and discovery guides tailored to workforce management and quality management buyers
• Building customer-facing content such as solution briefs, demo scripts, web copy, and thought leadership that communicates technical capabilities in clear, benefit-focused language
• Leading product launches by partnering with product, marketing, and enablement teams to align timing, positioning, and execution
• Serving as a customer advocate by gathering insights from stakeholders and market research to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities within the contact center portfolio

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrate 5+ years of product marketing experience in SaaS, contact center technology, or workforce optimization solutions
• Understand contact center operations and the role of workforce management, quality management, and AI-assisted agent guidance in modern support environments
• Translate technical concepts into clear, benefits-focused messaging for diverse audiences
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and collaborating across functions
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal storytelling with attention to detail
• Apply knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging technologies in contact center environments
• Bring experience developing personas, ideal customer profiles, and targeted go-to-market strategies

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$97,600.00

Maximum:

$225,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
