Als Ofenfahrer (m/w/*) im Bereich Melting am Standort Kempten haben Sie die Möglichkeit Ihr Wissen zielgerichtet einzusetzen, um unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen. Dabei umfasst Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• In der Rolle als Ofenfahrer (m/w/*) bedienen und betreuen Sie selbstständig die Mischanlage und Lichtbogenschmelzofen.
• Darüber hinaus sind Sie für die Bereitstellung aller notwendigen Materialien und die Durchführung von Reinigungs-, Rüst- und Wartungsarbeiten gemäß aktueller Arbeitsanweisung und Wartungspläne verantwortlich.
• Ebenfalls sind Sie für die EDV gestützte Dokumentation im Rahmen der betrieblichen Datenerfassung verantwortlich.
• Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie aktiv den Produktionsprozess durch die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien.
• Im Rahmen Ihrer Arbeit sind Sie für die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Anlagen- und Prozessverfügbarkeit verantwortlich und stellen durch eine regelmäßige Qualitätsprüfung während der Herstellung die Einhaltung gültiger Qualitätsstandards sicher.

Das sind Ihre Kompetenzen

Die Mindestqualifikationen dieser Rolle umfassen:

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene gewerblich/technische Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung als Anlagenführer
• PC -und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. 
• Die Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten und eine selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.
