Great Compensation!

$100,000 Base Salary + Significant Uncapped Profit Sharing

Target Total Compensation: $150,000–$200,000+ based on company performance

$250,000+ potential for exceptional company performance

Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for a proven General Manager and strong leader who knows how to build a team, develop managers, manage by the numbers and produce profitable results.

Experience in residential HVAC, plumbing or another home-services business is preferred—but it is NOT required.

We can teach you our business.

We're much more interested in finding someone who already knows how to successfully lead and manage a company.

Experience managing or helping lead a mid-sized business is preferred—but it is NOT required.

We're looking for someone who understands people, leadership, accountability, financial performance and profitable growth.

We'll teach you the rest.
