What you do
- Administer, configure, and maintain TLM System, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.
- Streamline system operations, reduce errors, and enhance overall efficiency.
- Contribute / Work on System Automation and process improvements
- Works closely with IT teams to integrate TLM solutions with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, automation, and workflows.
- Acts as moderator or liaise between IT/ technical department and Reconciliation Services team, subject related with TLM system
- Ensuring accurate and timely management of transaction data across various systems and platforms.
- Analysis existing transaction processes and identifies areas for improvement.
- Maintain & document reconciliation process procedures
- Assist in improving reconciliation service & ensuring effective reconciliation controls are in place
- Active participation in assigned projects in the Department
- Undertake Business-As-Usual responsibilities in supporting TLM system
- Support in ad-hoc / admin task assigned
Who you are
- Strong knowledge and experience in TLM configuration tools (Smart Studio, TLM Reconciliation Premium 3.0, TLM Web Connect) would be an advantage
- Highly proficient troubleshooting and support skills within virtual technologies essential
- Strong analytical skills required and problem-solving mindset.
- Preferrable degree holder in Finance/ Account/ Technology or related working experiences.
- Knowledge on banking products or at least 2 year working experience in banking industry
- Proficiency in Ms Office Application, especially Access and Excel
- Good communication skills & strong analytical skills
- Knowledge on BI tool such as Power BI would be an advantage
- Able to be a team player as well as working independently within tight deadlines
- Meticulous, highly motivated, focused, results-oriented, strong drive for excellence
